Hi all

don't forget to replace the perches in your aviary once they have dried out and hardened.

By doing this you are not only removing soiled perches but also reducing the risk of your birds suffering from Bumblefoot.

Also varying the size of perch will keep their claws from getting too long. :wink:

Here in the states, if we are collecting branches for perches, after they are washed, they are baked in the overn at a very low temp to dry them out as well as to kill any little no-see-um bugs/critters.
