Hello Allan
I am glad to see everyone is making you welcome and I apologise for not saying hello sooner.
It's good to see that someone else has Orange Bishops, have you managed to breed them yet? When you get a chance please let us know what you have learnt about the OB's.
Kind regards
Laura

Hi Allan,
Your Weavers should take various Livefoods in the form of Mealworms, Buffalo Worms, Waxworms, Brown and Silent Crickets etc, but Mealworms should be enough to encourage them to start breeding.
Although they will use nest boxes or baskets at times, it is best if the cock/s can build their own free standing nests in natural cover such as Conifer, Bamboo, Privet etc, but failing that if you provide bunches of twiggy branches you may get results.
Please read Laura's article on her Weavers, it helps a great deal in dispelling the myth that Weaver Species don't breed in captivity, or that they are a difficult Species to breed.
Please let us know more about your Weavers housing, dimensions, other Birds sharing with them, planting etc on the Weaver section.
