hi all
this appalling picture was in my local paper tonight,its a duck in the queens gardens in our city centre with a six pack plastic holder stuck firmly on ite head,bearing in mind these birds live here in about 2 ft of water,so you would think that when the young student girl (pictured )phoned the rspca up you would have thought they would come straight down as they dont need a boat as its not deep water just a pair of waders and a hook or net.not them oh no they told the girl they had tried to catch it once but it didnt co operate by throwing itself into their net so they told her they would have to leave it to die.oh yes its true its not april the first either,you cant make stuff like this up can you!
