i thought i could beat the computer and find an easier way to post pictures

it wasn't having it, everytime i try to upload it is says

File Too Large. Limit for this filetype is 19.5 KB. Your file is 493.0 KB.

now how do i making my file type 19.5 kb what ever that means

Iv'e got a program called netgraphics optomiser,which resizes for putting on the internet and its easy to use,i know there are other programs that are free to download,if i can find a link i will post it later

I normally use Paint Shop Pro, but it took me a while to get the hang of it. :)

i got mine with my samsung sigital camera,but if you really want a good site where you can put your photos in a slide show set to music and crop them there is a photo set up called photostory 3 its fantastic i have put all of my pics on cds with sound tracks and comentary using it
