Hi,All,we have spent most of the year looking for some larger penguin zebra's,with no joy at all,if anyone has some or hears of any that would be great,we are willing to travel.Oh is getting quite disspondant about it as they are his favorite colour along with pieds,we have managed to get some nice pieds.:grin: . If i could get hold of 2 cock penguin zebs id breed some as i have 2 hens - 1 normal penguin and the other is fawn penguin.

So let me know if anyone has any cock birds?

Weve got a penguin cock who's nicely marked and has been exhibited but he's medium sized,the hen we have is small.We cant let the male go though as he was given to us by a champion breeder to get us started,with the promise of returning one if we manage to breed some nice ones.

my hens are medium too, maybe if they produce any chicks with different cocks - bigger ones! ill let you have some splits??

In my zebs at present i have -
2 bc normal cocks,
1 bc normal hen,
1 bf bc lb pied cock,
1 bf bc lb cock,
1 bf lb pied cock
3 normal cocks (exhibition size)
3 normal hens (exhibition size)
1 cfw crested hen
1 lb pied crested hen split bc
1 cfw hen (crest bred)
1 cfw cock split lb pied bc (crest bred)
1 normal crest cock split cfw
1 normal split bb hen
1 normal penguin hen
1 fawn penguin hen
1 cfw cock
1 fawn-bb hen

And a few of these are nesting now, so will let you know!
