Scaly Crowned Weavers.

Contact wanted with keepers/breeders of Scaly Crowned Weavers,

I bought four of these Birds very recently, including one true pair that produced a clutch which resulted in a single chick (which unfortunately died at two days old:-| ) and two clear eggs within the short time I have had them in my care.
When I bought the four Birds I have they were still in between nest feather and adult plumage, so I have hopes in breeding from these Birds with far better results next year.

Good news Laura,

Well it might be if the mild weather holds out, my Scaly Crowns are incubating again!!:shock:

I don't hold out much hope in this round being any more successful than the last one, but I'm very excited about what next year may bring with breeding from this pair at least.:grin:
