hi Paul,

just sounds like the prices from Pets at Home to me:lol: , i've just e-mailed Jiom at MBF to find out what he's out weaver wise and if he has anything i need, then i'm goinna pester the hell out of my dad over the week, besides, it gives him a chance to take our lovely new Goldwing for a ride...

if we were to continue to sell our birds at the same price they go for now, would it be possible to force the traders to do the same as surely they would go out of business very very soon otherwise?

Chris:wink:

this is in a way very bad news, and very good news.

good news of us out there who have enough blood to keep them going, as we will be able to make some money.

bad news for those setting up, or wanted odd birds, i think the prices were long over due to fly through the roof, we have had this warning for a decade now, about an import ban.

all this weaver talk is tempting me.

you being serious - dealers are really going to charge that much?

Thanks

:oops:Hello all,

I guess I'm in a bit of trouble now, but I think it's time to fess up.

I did post that the price list was unofficial, and I'm sorry I didn't include a smily face, but the whole thing was a kind of tongue in cheek what could happen price list.

But take this as a warning, as numbers of particular Birds go down in Dealers premises, I'm sure some prices may creep up.

Paul.

Hi Matthew,

Your'e right mate, but at the end of the day they have a living to make and if there is no new stock coming in then certain Species will increase in price.

Hopefully not to the prices I posted eh?:?

Paul.
