Hi Ken
I'm afraid I can't read the story as I don't know how to make the article larger, nevertheless I get the gist. What a terrible thing to happen. I know I am a long way down the country, but if there is anything I can do to help, please ask.

hi laura/matt if you just click on the picture it will become bigger,i have already been on the phone and he cannot consider it at the moment he had canaries javas and other finches it was just his hobby and he didnt breed them to sell i cannot imagine how he must feel
ken
ps if you click to make it bigger you will see a menu which will enable you to put it in your pictures file on your p c and then you will be able to enlarge it further

Hi Kenny,
This is very tragic news, I hope your friend decides in time that he will start over again, I would glady let your friend have some Birds if and when he decides to start again.
Please pass on the best wishes from all of us here at Feathered Friends.
Paul.
