new java chicks

hi all
i am trying not to speak to soon but the accident i had a while back losing 6 fertile java eggs i think i can hear rasping coming from that same nest after repairing it,the trouble is i asked my son to put it a bit higher up for me so they would be out of the way and i cant reach the damn thing yet without a stool to stand on he is 6ft 2 ins , so i think i will just leave them and see what turns up idont need to ring them or anything and i dont like tempting fate i will keep you posted:cool:

hi matt ,thanks as i have said i dont want to tempt fate by looking in the nest and at least one thing the other ones that did the damage are grown up now and out of the way,you know the way javas like to have a little squabble!

I wish you good luck with the Javas mate, although I don't know the temperament of your Birds mine never seemed to mind any nest inspections.
But you know your Birds better than anyone else, good luck matey.
