it truly was amazing was at our local sale not sure if the bloke could see it LOL - you will get this if you know who has it! i think paul has also seen this bird and it shocked him at how nice it was the only other thing is getting a picture because it was that nice bit pricy for a hybrid at £120 as well

Yes this Bird is absolutely stunning, luckily I can say I got see the Bird, but sadly I didn't get back in time to take a photograph because some muppet parted with the asking price.:shock: :lol:
Although in general I'm not a major fan of hybrids the Bird you mention was an incredible example of the cross between these two species and far better than anyone could ever imagine without seeing the result, this is made even more sad by the fact I was too late to get and show everyone else photos of the Bird in question before someone bought it.:-(
The other sad fact is that this hybrid may well be fertile and capable of breeding and reproducing with either Barraband, Princess Of Wales or any other Polytelis, or even Alisterus species etc.:?
But if in the right hands this Bird could be enjoyed and treated without future pairings that could ruin pure strains.
