Down sizing collection!

Ill be down sizing my collection to make room/ funds for new acquistions e.g. more parrot type species. After doing work experience at a Parrot bird park :D

so the birds ill have on offer are -

1 Proven pair of cockatiels! produced chicks every year for me! grey split pied, pearl, lutino cock x pied hen. £30 the pair!

1 pr goldbreast waxbills £15 the pair

1 group of budgies - various ages -mixed colours - nice sized birds x 7 - 3 cocks, 4 hens - £60 as some are exhibition sized!

Java sparrows - 1 normal cock, 1 white-pied cock and 4 young silvers available when sexed. prices are £8 each for the cocks & silvers will be £18 each but would take £60 for all 4 silvers.

1 fishers lovebird definate hen - 04 bird - £20 but will take offers.

cockatiels - 1 - 02 bred pearl split whiteface cinnamon cock, 1 - 03 bred - pearl-pied hen, 1 - 04 bred - lutino hen, 1 - 04 bred cinnamon split whiteface hen, 1 - 04 bred - pearl-pied split whiteface hen, 1 - 04 bred - get-pied split whiteface hen. Prices between £8-18 but will entertain offers!

Also a Young 2005 bred Grey-pied chick £15 - will tame fairly easily once given time and seperated from parents.

1 young tangerine ringneck dove - 05 bred - unsexed - £10.

6 cock zebra finchs all believed normal but split for various - £10

4 x 2005 bred lovebird chicks - just fledging - violets of various shades & colour! prices - £20-30 but will take offers for all 4.

7 x Java sparrows in nest - believed to be all normal split fawn, £10 each when fledged unsexed.

1 rufous backed mannakin £5 unknown sexe.

3 hecks grassfinchs - 2 cocks & 1 hen - 04 bred - £10

Mixed colour canaries x 4 - all together - £20
1 x yellow variegated pair £16
1 x yellow fife cock £10
1 x 3 parts dark corona gloster hen £12

Or could take £55 for all canaries.

Hi Dave,

I could only help you sell a couple of Silver Javas if the price was £15 each and not £18, but of course the problem then is the guy who wants then is in Surrey and you are in the Midlands.:-|

But having said that do you know when Lee/Bone would be coming down to Dorset next and would you be able to get the Birds to him if he agreed to bring them down here?

I'm sorry to say that I don't know anyone who is looking for any of the other Birds you have for sale.

Unsure bout the silver javas, as for the parrot place - it was Tropical bird garden in desford - thinking of maybe caiques, pionus, lorys or loirkeets - aint fully decided yet as ive got to sell all the above birds first.

Also ill now accept £10 each on the cockatiels! any colour! and £22 for pairs!

Lovebird chicks - 1 sf violet whiteface blue & 1 sf violet cinnamon whiteblue £20 each! or offers for both.

Budgies - x7 - between £5-10 each or offers for the 7.

Javas -white-pied cock & normal cock £6 each, young silver x 4 - 1 believed cock other 3 unsexed? £15 each.

Fishers Lovebird hen - still £20 or will purchase a cockbird!

Will take £5-8each on all canaries!

I think you should have offered the Cockatiels at £11 each or £20 a pair, or else you will be selling one hell of a lot of single Cockatiels at £10 each:grin:.

The reason i put cockatiel pairs at £22 is because i only have 2 cock birds - all the rest are hens and 1 -2005 bred youngster.
