i'm sure you'll already know this but cressed is loved by many different birds, in one of the mixed aviary i give it them every day, they seem to enjoy it all.
you can buy it in punnets for pennies and green grocers or supermarkets, or grow it yourself it takes 7 to 14 days before its ready to use

hi matt
its something i have been using for ages as the stuff seems to be avaliable all the year round in shops...its 24p in tesco and rather than throw the whole lot in the aviary i now just cut the tops off at the soil level and throw some quinoa or rape seed in the moist compost and it will sprout again in a week along with all the cress seeds that were stifled by the faster growing ones:wink:
