Parrotlet sex

I have asked for information about the following parrotlet sex from a lady on this site but unfortunately I have lost her name. I was supposed to post her a picture of the said bird which I am posting here. I only hope that she or someone else can help me sex this bird.

Thanks cooltom 28 for your reply. I also think it is a hen but was not 100% sure.
Yes she has red eyes. Their colour is not from the camera for I had the antiredeyes on. Most of the colour parrotlest that I own have red-eyes.
