Just to let everyone know that there is bird table top sale at Bramshaw Village Hall (New Forest) on Sunday l4th Jan. Doors open l2 noon. Info from Rob (02380660460). 1.5 miles from junction 1 on the M27, turn on to the B3079 (near Southampton).

Yes I did go - there was quite a crowd of folk there (I think they'll need a bigger hall soon). Lovely birds too. I bought a pair of crested bengalese, although I hadn't actually planned to buy anything - but you know how it is - there they were and I just happened to have taken along a spare carrying cage;) Just in case.

It's worth a visit - and I can recommend the hot pasties too.

It's only £3.50 to hire a table if you have a surplus of birds to sell.

Next sale is l8th Feb - doors open at 12 noon - but get there in good time as the car park fills up pretty quick.
