no neck feathers

hi anyone know what the problems are with my bengie he has no feathers around the neck part i have checked him over and cant see anything untowards i have sprayed him with anti-mite and caged him away from my other birds you can see some new feathers starting to come but none on the neck and back of head i have also given him a vitimin in his water and added protien thanks smoggy
