Hello all,

For anyone interested in breeding the above mentioned, Dorset Birds have 4 cocks and 8 hens available, one of the cocks is unusual in having a yellow beak the same as the hens.

I realise this species has never had a huge following, but I was told only last week that there is a Continental breeder who has a 90 strong colony of these birds, now that would require one hell of an aviary huh?:D

hi paul/matt
when my daughter got my zebs on sunday she said there was a few pairs of redbills in the place where she got them from .she said they were asking £15 pair so i can only assume that they were all the same sex as they seemed cheap to me i was going to take a look but as paul says they are not very popular unless you have a decent colony
